Who Am I?
I am a graduate of the Clinical Counseling Psychology program at the University of New Hampshire and I have been providing comprehensive mental health services since 2004. My professional work includes considerable experience in psychiatric assessment and crisis services, as well as the treatment of anxiety and stress-related disorders.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a Ph.D. student in the Psychology Department at the University of Arizona. There, I am helping to develop research that explores interactions between emotional and cognitive (thinking) parts of the brain.
I have been affiliated with several professional organizations including the American Mental Health Counselors Association, the NH Mental Health Counselors Association, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and American Mensa.
What Do I Do?
I provide psychotherapy services for older adolescents and adults in an individual setting. My approach to psychotherapy is an integrative one: conscientiously pulling from clinically-proven approaches in an effort to meet the needs of each patient and situation. Please see the Services section for more details.
